B|10 Performance Specializes in all-inclusive Performance Camps designed to educate, motivate and inspire a healthy lifestyle, improving your life both mentally and physically.

Our Performance camps are 8 weeks of personalized functional fitness training the B|10 way. The program is specialized to each athlete according to their ability, and it adjusts as you get stronger throughout the camp. 

Pliability, Flexibility, and Mobility are core principals within the B|10 Programming. 1 day per week is dedicated to all 3. Proper education of these principals will help with your longevity and overall performance.

All- Inclusive. All Performance Camp athletes receive B|10 Nutrition supplements, personalized 8 week nutrition plans, B|10 athlete numbers, and access to all B|10 events around town.
